How We Do It
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Please note that all orders will take 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping from our warehouses (located in Madrid and Los Angeles), regardless of the shipping method selected.
Shipping costs will vary depending on your location. You will be able to see what the final amount is at checkout.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).
DELIVERED NOT DELIVERED
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to have them investigate the issue. In the meantime, we encourage you to review the below items as it may help you locate your package.
Wait 24-48 hours for your package to deliver, as in some instances carriers will mark the package as being delivered before it actually is.
Please check with your next door neighbours and household members to inquire if they’re holding the package for you.
Please check your mailbox, front porch, and any safe drop areas around the parameters of your home.
If you live in an apartment/commercial building, please check your mailbox, with concierge/front desk, and with the mailing room.
Call your three closest post offices to inquire if they’re holding the package for you.
If you have done all of the above and still cannot locate your package, please email our Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll be happy to help you further.
Kindly note, we cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
The Small Print
We’re happy if you’re happy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will accept it back for a full refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of purchase. Simply email our Customer Support team at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help you. Please note, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
In the instance that you have received a defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.

We do not view or save your credit card or debit card information as PayPal processes the payment.
